“I help women take healing into their own hands through menstrual cycle education, plant wisdom, and reconnecting with their intuition .”

Hi, I’m Hali.

About me…

I am a women’s mentor who’s passion is guiding you in reconnecting with your body through menstrual cycle education & herbalism

I came to this work through my own experience of coming off hormonal birth control and being faced with having learning how my cyclical body works. This information that so many of us were never taught made such a difference on how I viewed and approached my body. I found so much healing in learning to work with my cycles strengths and give myself grace in the struggles. This “womb” work became a domino effect that lead to me a sense of connection, empowerment, and deep trust in my body that I never could have imagined.

So now I teach this to others, guiding them back into their body, in trusting their innate intuition, and embracing The Feminine Healing.

I Want to help you take healing into your own hands.

A few fun facts you may not know about me

  • I’m an INFJ and Reflector so of course I would end up in this realm of work. As an INFJ my goal is to help individuals reach their potential through my gifts of empathy, intuition, and vision for the future. As a Reflector I have the ability to reflect back to you things that are not working and give you insight as to how they can be improved…. So needless to say I feel like this is my calling.

  • I’m obsessed with learning and that has sent me on the path of continually picking up new interests. A goal of mine is to learn one new skill a year so I buy myself a course or a class as a gift to myself on each birthday. I want to be 80 and bursting with skills. A few of my passions are; herbalism, gardening, foraging, cooking, baking, homesteading, food styling, mixology, and floral design just to name a few.

  • I love to cook and I never follow a recipe… I grew up in the kitchen helping my mom and grandma cook and neither of them used recipes, my grandma didn’t even use measuring cups she worked in handfuls (thank god we have the same size hands). So from them I learned how to cook by feeling using all of my senses to make a delicious meal, to me this is cooking from the heart. It’s a labor of love, it’s how I nurture my body, it’s a way I play. But most importantly it connects me to these women, my mom who lives across the country from and my Grandma who has passed on.

  • I don’t drink coffee… I never have. I once had a handful of chocolate covered espresso beans and thought I was going to jump out of my skin! But what I lack in the coffee addiction I make up in my obsession of tea. I have tea every day, multiple times a day, hot tea in the winter and iced teas in the summer. Tea was actually one of the first ways I started working with plants, each morning making a tea blend with the properties and intentions I wanted to set for the day

My Approach

Nurture & Nourish

Nurture

it’s seasonal living. It’s living with your cycle basking in its strengths and giving yourself the extra grace in the struggles. It’s tuning into your body, listening to what it’s trying to tell you, and learning to trust it. It’s self care in the little things, the basic day to day ways you show up for yourself. It’s showing you how to love your self the way your body's longing for.

Nourish

it’s the foundation. It’s feeding your body food that makes it feel good. It’s unlearning restriction and diet culture. It’s how the little changes can make a world of difference. It's learning that food is medicine. It’s leaning on herbal teas to sooth your soul and plant medicine to support you in this healing. It’s showing you how to heal from the inside out.
